### **Job Description:**

Expedock is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need promptly and effectively. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will embody our commitment to excellence and uphold the highest standards in everything you do.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Assistance:** Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Strive to resolve issues on first contact whenever possible.
- **Problem Resolution:** Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns with a strong focus on finding solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Communication and Collaboration:** Liaise with other departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Technical Support) to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and needs.
- **Customer Education:** Assist customers in understanding our products and services, ensuring they maximize their experience and use of our offerings.
- **Monitoring Customer Feedback:** Actively seek customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered, aiming to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members, sharing insights and best practices to ensure collective success and enhance team efficiency.
- **Adherence to Policies:** Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols while managing customer interactions, maintaining professionalism at all times.

### **Requirements:**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer care or service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with customer support tools and remote working technology is a plus.
