Job Qualifications:
3 years of B2B customer service experience with broad exposure to a variety of stakeholders, environments, and business segments.
Good critical thinking skills, and an ability to plan both operationally, and strategically.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft ? particularly Dynamics and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to produce consistently reliable results in a complex environment.
Ability to
work autonomously or with mínimal supervision and deliver completed work on schedule.Strong customer orientation/service capability.
Team focused.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare for and participate in weekly/bi-weekly/monthly customer performance meetings.
Drive new customer onboarding, including project management of necessary resources (internal/external).
Oversee ?test? programs, ensuring successful outcomes.
Prepare and send weekly service updates, communicating proactively.
Educate customers on DAI solutions and align expectations.
Manage incoming customer calls and electronic inquiries.
Answer detailed product and service questions.
Identify and fulfill customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Share customer feedback with a focus on continuous improvement.
Evaluate our customer support processes, and devise and implement improvements.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
