Customer Care Specialist (Healthcare Account) - Cebu

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Insurance related field is preferred.
- Must have an experience/background for at least 2 years in General Insurance or Back Non-Life Business.
- Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationship
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must be Tec Savvy and proficient/expert in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Background in Call-Center Experience is a Plus.
- Background/Familiarity in GenWEB, SCRM, Purecloud is a Plus
- Critical thinking skills, analytical and organized

Job Purpose
- GI Renewal Services Associate will assist the GI Renewal Services team in terms of reviewing and segregating the Renewal master lists for all CB Branches, accurate and timely release of Renewal Notices, ensuring efficiency of backend support for any renewal processes, and effectively monitoring the performance of renewals on a month to month basis.
- Seamless renewal journey and improvement of turnaround time of renewal processing support to RD Non-Loan Channels and frontend functions to both Retail and Commercial Channels.
- Backend Support of BPU Team and other Distribution Channel - branches included. Responsible for handling task regarding pipeline accounts and etcetera.
- Enhanced renewal for GI distributors and customers by introducing new renewal initiatives. Perform customer retention GI Call out to GI Customers of specific GI Distribution Channels and accounts with the goal of boosting renewal collections.
- Address simple business and operational issues and recommends actions to resolve complex matters.
