**Job Description:**

Coins.ph, a leading digital wallet and cryptocurrency platform in Southeast Asia, is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team as a part-time Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and assistance while shaping a positive customer experience. This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on our customer service operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Respond to customer inquiries via various channels including email, live chat, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional communication to deliver exceptional service.
- **Issue Resolution:** Actively listen to customer concerns, identify issues, and propose effective solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services in order to provide comprehensive guidance and support to customers.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to management and relevant teams to enhance our offerings and customer experience.
- **Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date case logs of customer interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to support tracking and reporting of customer service metrics.
- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure that customer feedback, technical issues, and service requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
- **Sales Support:** Assist customers with upselling and cross-selling of products and services when appropriate, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
- **Training Participation:** Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge, leveraging professional development opportunities provided by the organization.
- **Innovation Contribution:** Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative approaches to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a similar role is required.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- **Critical Thinking:** Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems. Previous experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** A passionate and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to help others and drive results.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting while being open to adapting to changing priorities.
