Customer Care Representatives Customer Care Representatives are true engagement specialists – skilled at engaging in meaningful interactions that make our clients' customers say "WOW!"
In this role, the Engagement Specialist responds courteously and efficiently to a high volume of customer telephone inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas. The Engagement Specialist may also respond to e-mail inquiries. Calls are basic and routine. The Engagement Specialist may respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Typically serves as first tier customer support, with a narrow scope of responsibility defined by the contracting company within the business outsourcing agreement.
