Job Description:
Monde Nissin is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Independent and resilient personality traits
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
