Customer Care Officer

Graduate of Business Management/ Marketing Management/ Tourism Management
- A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in a similar role
- Has a good communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Has the ability to pay attention to details
- Computer literate
- Pleasing personality and attitude

*This position is based in San Fernando, Pampanga

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
