Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our team at Pushkart.ph in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist in training new customer care team members
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate with people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
