Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to work remotely from home. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, overseeing their performance and ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints, providing solutions in a timely manner.
4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to enhance the overall customer experience.
6. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer care team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
1. Confident and resourceful personality traits to effectively lead a team and handle challenging situations.
2. Strong cooperation and presentation skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate effectively with customers.
3. Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems.
7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
