Job Description:

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This position will be remote work, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer care management, preferably in a mid-to-senior level role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent service delivery
- Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Conduct regular training sessions for customer care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Prepare and present reports on customer care performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in customer care management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently
- Excellent teamwork and research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
