Job Description:

ZipMatch, a leading real estate technology company in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level position requiring at least 6 years of experience in customer service and management, the Customer Care Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of customer care representatives to provide exceptional service to all customers.2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.4. Monitor customer feedback and response times to continuously improve the quality of services provided.5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for the customer care team.7.
