Customer Care Head (Pampanga)

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Graduate of Marketing Management, Operations Management, Business
Administration or other relevant degree
? At least 3-5 years' relevant work experience
? Preferably from a Construction Company
? Effective customer service and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Represent the company in meetings and conferences that require technical
information, opinion or decision on project management.
? Develop and recommend training program of the department designed to update,
hone and improve competence and skill of the group.
? Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing
and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs;
developing field sales action plans.
? Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
SALARY RANGE: 35k – 40k
