Customer Care Associates (Work Onsite)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Davao City Davao del Sur, where you will have the chance to work from home and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
- Must have 30 mbps download and upload internet connection
