What you'll be doing:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
