Peddlr is seeking a highly motivated and resilient **Customer Care Associate** to join our vibrant team remotely. In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer experience, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. #### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Problem Solving:** Address customer issues by employing thoughtful problem-solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- **Order Management:** Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and document customer feedback and concerns, reporting findings to management to help improve products and services.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction, fostering an environment of teamwork and support.
- **Knowledge Base Maintenance:** Continuously update personal knowledge and contribute to the company's knowledge base by sharing insights and tips for better customer service practices.

#### Requirements:
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or customer support role is essential.
