Customer Care Associate

With a Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related Course
- With know-how in customer support/care/service.
- Experienced as a client service representative is a plus.
- Basic phone contact and computer handling skills.
- Good in written and oral communication skills.
- Able to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Accepts, handles and answers all queries, requests and concerns of walk-in and phone-in customer accordingly based on the standard policies and procedures of the company.
Observes centralized business transaction set-up and provide regular updates to the concerned parties.
- Assists/answers buyers' queries, requests, issues and concerns endorsed by other department, units and business partners.
Ensures that accurate and timely feedback is provided to the concerned parties through confirmation with our Noah data base and the like.
- Collaborates in resolving customer's concern/complaint and suggest effective recommendation when necessary; coordinates with the concerned department (if needed) for proper handling and answering.
- Accomplishes necessary processes of buyers' requests, from providing appropriate resolutions and/or options up to close monitoring with concerned parties of its on-time delivery.
- Works closely with teammates and champions of each departments/units in the delivery of the highest customer service level and Customer Satisfaction aligned with the department/ cluster goals and objectives, KRA, plans and programs.
- Generate monthly transactions report such as customer inquiries, complaints and other related concerns; including generating reports in CCMS, challenges encountered, and survey conducted.
- Performs other CustCare related functions and initiatives, and other tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superior.
- Provide assistance and support in the company-initiated activities and events.
**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
