Job Description:
Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a reliable and resilient Customer Care Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing product information, processing orders, and managing returns and exchanges
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and escalating issues as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing work environments
- Creative thinking to come up with innovative solutions for customer care challenges
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools
- Ability to work part-time hours and occasional weekends
