Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls.
The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
At least with medical allied course or 1 year Call Center Experience
Good communication skills
Good comprehension skills
Amenable to work on site
