Brief Description Are you self-driven and reliable? Do you have experience in customer service, cash application & collections or revenue accounting operations? In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in accessing and processing payments through our online payment portals, resolving customer contract/invoice inquiries as well as partnering with Collections and Customer Support teams to deliver a consistent Customer-First Zywave experience. Why Should You Apply? As a Billing Support Rep, you will be responsible for calling and assisting customers in accurately and timely updating their electronic payment methods including credit cards. You will be supporting a highgrowth, multichannel business with several distinct ERP's and cash application systems/processes. In this customer service role, you will also be responsible for resolving customer payment and other post-sale contract customer support case inquiries including updates to customer contact info and orders. Factors for Success: 1-5 years of professional experience in a customer service or accounting support function Enjoy calling/emailing and assisting customers with payment & contract support inquiries Experience reading and interpreting customer contracts/orders/invoices Ability to conduct customer account research and analysis Experience with ERP, especially Salesforce, and other cash and merchant payment processing systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Associate or Bachelor degree in Business preferred Why pick Zywave?
