Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: At Least 6 months to 1 year of Office work experience
- Proficient in Excel, word, and PowerPoint (for monitoring, reports, and simple presentations).
- Background in inventory of goods, supplies, and properties.
- Purchase of supplies and goods.
- Preferably with a Marketing background

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
On Customer engagement and assistant management
- Markets deposits and loan products and electronic banking services through participation in Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar and other online platforms.
- Attends to customer queries and requests relating to account opening, maintenance, and closing
- Responds to complaints on system availability and non-technical concerns
- Perform due diligence on account information and uploaded documents and send feedback to customers
- Reviews and updates customer information

Post approval Debit/Credit Memi and authorized financial transactions to the Consumer Terminal (CT) for own accounts and WeAccess from LBP and other Banks' accounts
3.
Upload and forward PACSVAL and DM/CM val through the Data Entry System (FINDES)
4.
On end-of-day Process
- Downloads reports on deposits, e-banking and accounting through CT Terminal and IDRARS
- Reconciles balance of Due from BSP with the Financial Management Unit (FMU)
-Gathers the day's duly approved transaction documents and forwards them to FMU
- Maintains electronic copies of all transaction documents
5.
Send notification letters/emails to customers on the status of deposit accounts
6.
Prepares monthly reports on cash and investments balance, deposits, and ebanking transactions
7.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Head, EBU
