Job Summary:
The Customer Assistant/Service is responsible for directly interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests related to products and services via the telephone or in person.

Working Conditions:
Basic selling area/office setting
Expected to sit and attend clients, accept phone calls during the entire shift
Shifting schedule

Job Specification:
Educational Attainment
Preferably, but not necessary, a graduate of secondary education or vocational course
Work Experience
Preferably, but not necessary, at least 1 year of customer service work experience
