Job Description:
Agents will provide customer services support initiating new reservations or changing existing reservations and offer redemption for direct guests that meet certain qualifications and criteria for onboard spending.

Qualifications:
• Customer-facing experience
• Experience and background in BPO is an advantage
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule and report on site in IT Park, Cebu
• *Amenable to start by July 22.*

Mandarin agents will handle 100% Mandarin – tentatively Chat/Messaging and Voice; but they need to have decent English capabilities as training will be in English.
