About the Role: As a Customer Acquisition and Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our
community by attracting new guests and hosts, while also providing outstanding customer service. Your passion for
customer satisfaction and dedication to delivering excellent service will contribute to the success and growth of DOON.
Work Setup:
? 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home (WFH)
? Work hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
? Off days: Weekdays
? Work schedule subject to change based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest and Host Acquisition:
? Identify and engage potential guests and hosts through various channels.
? Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and expand our community.
? Conduct outreach and follow-up activities to convert leads into active users.
Customer Support:
? Provide exceptional customer service to both guests and hosts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
promptly.
? Manage customer interactions across multiple platforms, including email, phone, and social media.
? Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
Relationship Management:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and hosts, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
? Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
? Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's
satisfaction.
Collaboration and Reporting:
? Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
? Track and report on acquisition and support metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
? Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer acquisition and support plans.
Qualifications:
? Exceptional communication skills.
? Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales, or customer support roles. (minimum 1 year)
? Problem-solving mindset.
? Customer-centric approach.
? Familiarity with customer support tools.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
