Key Responsibilities: Acquired new account, average one account per monthManage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictive customer accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.Coordinates the involvement of the team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.Follow all Standard Operating Procedure of Department and Company Rules.Participate in all Quality Management System (QMS) related trainings.Report any identified non-conformity.Other responsibilities which may be assigned by immediate superior in related to the position. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalentMinimum of 2 YearsEffective Communication skillsOutstanding negotiation and consultative sales skillsExcellent management, leadership, and organizational skillsExpected to adhere to their workplace schedules, set by the director/president.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
