The Customer Account Executive serves as the primary point of contact for key customers, managing the entire customer lifecycle by focusing on business outcomes, and identifying service opportunities within their portfolio.
You will develop and maintain close relationships with customers and serve as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Training customers on how to use product
- Develop and execute Customer Success plans that drive solutions to their business objectives and key milestones
- Consult, internally and with the customer, on best practices and operation workflows to achieve operation performance expectations.
- Responsible for ensuring product issues are resolved timely and accurately.
- Conduct regular performance business reviews to identify potential usage growth and service opportunities.
- Drive adoption of OtterLive and Ninja Van's programs.
- Advocate for customers internally by providing continuous feedback to Sales and Product teams.
- Record customer activity, outcomes, issues, and engagement
**Qualifications**:
- BS/BA Degree in any related field, but preferably business administration courses.
- Analytical skills, marketing skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field specifically in Account management or business development.
- Knowledge on e-commerce, social media and the live selling industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in Tagalog and English.
- Ability to understand complex problems deeply, and explain the source of those problems simply
- Amendable to work on a Hybrid set-up.
- Amendable with Mid-shift work schedule.
**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
