**Qualifications**
- **BPO Experience: No BPO Experience**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Educ Attainment: High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate**:

- **Other Qualifications: Minimum of 8 months Amadeus experience or 1-year GDS experience.
