Csr - With At Least 6 Mos Bpo Experience Ncr

**Job Qualifications**:

- At least a high school graduate
- With at least 6 months of BPO Experience
- Above average listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work immediately
- Willing to work onsite and/or work from home
- Must have an internet connection

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers by responding to their questions
- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
- Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer
- Providing excellent customer service 24/7

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to Php23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Shift system

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
