Csr - Up Tp 22K -Onsite - Cebu - Shifting Schedule

We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a Retail Account for client located in Cebu
This is an onsite work and follows a Shifting Schedule
Salary pays up to 22k package based on experience
Minimum 1 year BPO experience with 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or 1 year in Sales (blended voice and non-voice or pure voice experience). Requirements: Bachelors/College degree in any field, preferred High School graduates (either in 4-yr curriculum, or K-12 curriculum) Minimum 1 year BPO experience with 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or 1 year in Sales (blended voice and non-voice or pure voice experience).Experience in handling an OmnichannelFlawless verbal and written English communication skillsAmendable to work onsiteWilling to work on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays Description: Handle calls for product or service inquiriesAttend to customer's requests for replacement, refund, etc.Handle all customer information with confidentiality and treat each call with utmost courtesyKeeping records of interactions with customers, process accounts and file documents of customers.
