Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
With at least 6 months Call Center Experience for College Undergraduate
With at least 12 months Call Center Experience for Vocational Graduate or Associate Graduate
Have Excellent English communication skills
Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
Are willing to work on site
