Csr - Up To 21, 000 - Onsite - Ilo-Ilo - Shifting

We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative for an Online Streaming Account for client located in Ilo-ilo
This is an onsite work and follows a Shifting Schedule
Salary pays up to 21k package based on experience
Must have at least one (1) year experience as an Agent in the BPO-setting for customer service or technical support line of business supporting international customers. Requirements: Must at least be a High School level graduate (Old Curriculum)- Completed 4 years (New Curriculum)- K-12 ProgramAt least one (1) year experience as an Agent in the BPO-setting for customer service or technical support line of business supporting international customers.Must have experience in a Voice Channel- Minimum of 6 monthsAverage to above average English competency, both verbal and written.High preference for experience supporting entertainment and/or media streaming services Description: Handle calls for product or service inquiriesAttend to customer's requests for replacement, refund, etc.Handle all customer information with confidentiality and treat each call with utmost courtesyKeeping records of interactions with customers, process accounts and file documents of customers.
