Aspire Global Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information about our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, striving for a positive resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Keep updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

What Qualifications You Should Have?

• at least 18 years old
• With good communication skills
• College Graduates/Fresh Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• Vocational Course Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• Undergraduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• ALS Graduate, High School Graduate with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
