Qualifications

At least College Graduate with Diploma/ TOR
At least 6 -12 months Call center Experience
Customer Service Representatives with strong Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills for effective communication with customers
Computer Literacy for using customer support systems effectively
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
