Responsibilities:
provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups.
managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Senior high graduate with 6 months BPO experience or completed 2 yrs in college (no back subjects) .
With good English communication command.
