This is a full-time on-site role in which and agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing computer literacy skills to address customer needs.

Qualifications



High School Graduate / SHS Graduate, College Level, College Graduate, Associate Graduate or Vocational Graduate No Call Center Experience Required
Willing to work onsite Good English Communication Skills
Newbies and Career Shifters are also welcome to apply
BPO experience is plus
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in a customer service role is a plus
