CSR (ONSITE - VOICE)

 

Job Description:
 

We are looking for CSRs for our voiced account who will be working ONSITE and experience an amazing chance for growth and opportunity

 

Primarily phone calls combined with data entry to log the results of each call, managing online document storage. Every call is unique. The position requires phone etiquette, efficiency, and a great deal of multitasking;

QUALIFICATIONS:
General familiarity with various software systems, network & PC operating systems, hardware, and comparable database structures.

Efficiency and time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask.
