Duties: Can do drafting and sending formal emails to customers regarding inquiries, order confirmations, and follow-ups.Providing excellent customer support through online communication channels.Collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.Assisting in receiving, organizing, and storing inventory in the warehouse.Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Qualifications: Fresh graduate or graduate of any college course.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lift and move items safely.Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.
