**Essential Job Functions-**
- Acquires, maintains, and expands knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, to quickly provide complete solutions
- Delivers at high performance level of response and resolution time, first-call-resolution and customer satisfaction
- Available 24X7 based on rotation for customers calls
- Effectively qualify customers to offer appropriate products/services for upselling

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
