1) Customer Representatives-A customer service representative (CSR) is a company employee who helps customers with questions, concerns, and complaints. They are the primary point of contact between a company and its customers, and their interactions can significantly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Must be a degree holder, good in communication skills, phone etiquette can start immediately and complete requirements. This is for the non BPO industry with 1 yr experience.
2) E-commerce fulfillment clerks- Responsible for managing online inventory, developing marketing campaigns, and optimizing paid advertising. They also monitor website performance, analyze customer feedback, and develop relationships with vendors, develop marketing campaigns. Degree Holder and can start immediately, with 1 yr experience.
3) Registered pharmacist- Can start immediately / 1 yr experience
Filling prescriptions: Pharmacists fill prescriptions accurately and based on a physician's instructions. They also check for allergies and other medications a patient is taking to ensure the new prescription is safe. Responsibilities for counselling patients, educating others, maintaining records, complying with law and regulations
4) Book keeper/ Accounting clerk.- 1 yr experience
Record transactions: Record daily transactions, deposits, income, purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments Maintain accounts: Maintain accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledgers Generate reports: Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Reconcile: Reconcile or report any discrepancies in financial reports Complete payroll: Complete payroll and process checks Prepare tax forms: Fill out tax forms and work with accountants to ensure compliance Communicate: Maintain timely communications with client
