Your Day-to-Day: Manage retail inquiries, customer service requests, and order processing.Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and store policies.Process transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; a background in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.No prior retail experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training!Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with retail systems and tools is a plus but not required.Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and work well independently or as part of a team.
