Job Description Summary:

Agents will provide customer services support initiating new reservations or changing existing reservations and offer redemption for direct guests that meet certain qualifications and criteria for onboard spending.

Minimum Hiring Qualifications: Proficient in both English and Traditional Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing).Proficient working in a client technology provided environment with multiple
applications and navigation between applications to research information
•Intermediate knowledge of PC and software applications including Microsoft
Excel, Word and Outlook
