JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services.
In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance
and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.
Minimum Qualifications:
? At least HS Grad (old curriculum) SHS graduate
? 2yr customer service and call center experience combined
? Must be 21 y/o and above only
? Good to excellent English communication skills
? Willing to start immediately.
