We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City! This position is open to both Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates eager to grow their careers.

Location: Hybrid (3 days RTO)
Schedule: Permanent Nightshift
Schedule: 19,000 - 25,000 PHP

Qualifications:

For Fresh Graduates:
-- Bachelor's degree in any field
-- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new environments

For Undergraduates:
-- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in handling inbound calls
-- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
