Membership Coordinator, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing! A Membership Coordinator is expected t o: Initial contact for written inquiries regarding changes to group accounts. Process incoming requests pertaining to member eligibility, billing issues, and contact information. Process requests for additions, changes, and ter1minations of members in database Expedite urgent requests to meet eligibility file deadlines established by the carrier(s) Follow up on requests received with missing or incomplete information in a timely manner Escalate accounts to Customer Success Team pertaining to non-routine eligibility and billing issues Maintain database with group/broker/agency contact and licenses information on a monthly basis Document and keep accurate and detailed notes in the database for all correspondence with groups and brokers Assist New Business Team/Onshore Team on Special Projects during busy season or as needed What it takes to be part of our team: At least 1-year Healthcare Administrative/Clerical Background and/or At least 1-year Healthcare Customer Service Background Whatu0027s in it for you Competitive Total Rewards (Compensation, HMO, Group Life Insurance, and Performance bonuses) A very collaborative work culture Find a balance between work and life that fits you.
