Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Show excellent communication skills while interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with your team to create exceptional experiences for our clients. Our focus is on the field of Premium Healthcare.

Needed Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least two years of college (equal to 72 units) and six months of BPO experience. Or, they must have graduated from a 4-year course and have at least six months of BPO experience. (Candidates with excellent communication skills but no BPO experience are welcome!)
- Have a strong customer service orientation and good analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing.
