Your day-to-day in a nutshell
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
At least High School or K-12 Senior High School Graduate
Must have 1 year Call Center Experience / GDS Experience
With Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to Work on Site
