Csr For Telco Account (No Experience Needed)

What you'll be doing:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients of our telecommunications account
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers
Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and identify areas for process improvement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office suite
