**JOB FUNCTION**:

- Acquires, maintains, and expands knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, to quickly provide complete solutions.
- Delivers at high performance level of response and resolution, first call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively qualify customers to offer appropriate products/services for upselling.

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
