Csr - Customer Service Representative Voice Account

**Qualifications**:

- **_At least 18 months call center experience (Voice International Account)_**:

- Completed **_1st year college (1st and 2nd sem)_**:

- Should be _**amenable to work onsite ( BGC, Taguig )**_
- Okay to work on a **_fixed _**_graveyard shift._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
