**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Good communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite ( Cebu Business Park, Cebu City )
- At least Senior Highschool Graduate
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- BPO experience is preferred but **_not required!_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
