Csr - Customer Service Representative

We are looking for people who have experience working in a customer service setting, those with excellent communication skills and those who are willing to learn what needs to be done for the job.
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers
- Timely respond to customer concerns, issues and other inquiries\
- Communicate through various means
- Resolving customer issues and concerns
- Promoting certain products and services of clients

**Qualfications**:

- Must have one (1) year of Customer facing Experience (Sales Clerk, Cashier, retail etc.)
- Must have Certificate of Employment to prove experience
- Must be at least Senior Highschool or Highschool (Old) Graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
